Zubat and Golbat!
No, Zubat doesn't have eyes- those're just little dented sockets waiting to be filled with eyeballs after evolution. I like to think that Golbat's got that big ol' mouth because it unhinges, like a snake's, for whatever reason. Massive bug consumption, more room to Screech with... etc.
